What's in the box
One platform, from the dock door to your ERP. Here is what you get, and how it fits together.
Receive
Receive it right, once
Receiving is where bad data gets in. The platform captures everything at the dock, at the moment it happens.
Purchase-order receiving
Pick the PO, scan the supplier’s pallet label, and record items and quantities against what was ordered.
GS1-128 scanning
Batch and expiry fill in from the barcode, so nobody types a lot number.
Batch, expiry and FEFO
Every pallet is tied to a batch and expiry date, and picking follows first-expired-first-out.
Delivery details
Record carrier, truck, container and seal numbers, bill of lading, equipment type and whether the load is temperature-controlled.
Documents and photos
Attach delivery paperwork and photos to the receipt, stored privately and available from the admin panel.
Pallet labels
Code 39 labels with the LP barcode, supplier, item, batch, expiry and quantity, printed at the point of receipt, with reprints and batch corrections logged.
Returns receiving
Receive returned goods against an RMA with reason, condition, carrier and tracking, then put them away like any other pallet.
Put-away to a slot
Record the bay and slot each pallet goes to, so the next person can find it.
Move and ship
Move it, pick it, ship it
Every move is tied to the pallet, so the trail is never lost between the dock and the door.
License-plate transfers
Move pallets between staging, storage and shipping zones. Each pallet is tracked through every location change.
Move guard
A pallet with a move still in flight can’t be moved again, which prevents double moves and conflicting stock entries.
Pick lists
Fulfil ERP pick lists by scanning pallets, with a check against what each delivery note still needs.
Packing and cartons
Create packing slips, number the cartons, and print carton labels.
Dispatch
Confirm dispatch at the door and the shipment reaches your ERP, with the paperwork submitted for you.
Warehouse layout
Define aisle → bay → slot layouts and generate them from a range; set pallet capacity per bay.
Find
See everything, instantly
Answers should take a scan, not a phone call.
Scan-to-lookup
Scan any pallet to see its items, quantities, supplier, batch, expiry and current location.
Search by lot, item or location
Find pallets by lot number, SKU or location from the handheld or the admin panel.
Movement history
Every receipt, return and move for a pallet, with the date, time and person.
Batch trace
Follow a batch from receipt through every move to shipment, and see its expiry and shelf position.
Live floor map
See which bays are full and which are open, and drill into the pallets in each zone.
3D warehouse view
A three-dimensional view of your layout, with pallet counts by location.
Connect
Connected to your ERP, and to your partners
Nothing is keyed twice. Transactions are saved locally first, so a dropped connection never loses work.
ERP sync
Receipts and transfers post to ERPNext automatically, with retries and an audit trail.
Reconciliation and alerts
Scheduled checks compare your records against the ERP and catch stuck syncs and silent drift. Alerts go to the dashboard, email, Slack and SMS.
Discrepancy and returns reports
Filter by date and severity, group the results, and export to CSV.
ASN / EDI inbound
Receive X12 856 advance ship notices from trading partners, parsed and matched against your purchase orders.
Subscriber API
Read-only reports for warehouses, bin contents, item stock, batch trace and pallet availability, with published docs and scoped tokens.
Built on ERPNext
Today the platform connects to ERPNext, with the warehouse hierarchy read straight from it.
On the floor
Warehouse Maverick, the handheld app
A progressive web app: open it in the browser and add it to the home screen. No app store, and updates arrive automatically.
Offline-first
Keep working with no signal; everything syncs when the connection returns.
Camera and hardware scanning
Scan with the device camera or a hardware scanner.
Label printing
Print pallet and carton labels from the device.
One app for the whole flow
Receive, transfer, pick, pack, ship, count and look things up in a single app.
Your people
Run your sites and your people
Give each person exactly the access they need.
Roles and permissions
Role-based access, so floor staff, warehouse managers and admins each see what they should.
Per-warehouse assignment
Assign users to a warehouse; each physical site has its own default receiving location.
Admin panel
Warehouse managers get a panel for transactions, users, layouts, documents and reports.
Train
Get crews productive faster
Practise before the first live shift.
Barcode, QR and External LP generators
Make test labels for calibration and training.
Delivery Simulator
Produce watermarked test bills of lading, delivery notes, packing lists, customs documents and certificates of analysis against a live purchase order.
Scanner test
Check a scanner works before it goes on the floor.
