Warehouse Operations Platform

Receiving, labeling, and inventory tracking — connected from the dock door to the ERP system.

What's in the platform

Pallet Receiving

Select a Purchase Order, scan the supplier's pallet label, and capture items, quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates — offline-capable on the dock floor. GS1-128 barcodes auto-fill batch and expiry on scan.

Batch & Expiry Tracking

Every received pallet is linked to a batch/lot number and expiry date. FEFO (First Expired, First Out) picking is enforced automatically — the system always picks the soonest-to-expire stock first.

Stock Transfers

Move pallets between warehouse zones — staging to storage, housekeeping moves, and order picking. LP-based transfers track the pallet through every location change with full ERP visibility.

Pallet Labels

Code 39 pallet labels generated at the point of receipt. Each label carries the Internal LP barcode, supplier, item, batch, expiry, and quantity. Reprints available from the admin panel.

ERP Sync

Every transaction is saved locally first. When connectivity is restored, it syncs automatically to ERPNext — creating Purchase Receipts with full batch traceability. Automatic retry on failure with an audit trail in the admin panel.

Pallet Lookup

Scan any Internal LP barcode or QR code to instantly retrieve the receipt record — items, quantities, supplier, batch, expiry date, and putaway location.

User & Warehouse Management

Role-based access control with per-user warehouse assignment. Each physical site has its own default receiving location. Admin panel access restricted to warehouse managers and above.

Training Tools

Barcode, QR, and External LP generators for calibration and training, plus a Delivery Simulator that produces watermarked test Bills of Lading, Delivery Notes, Packing Lists, Customs docs, and Certificates of Analysis against a live Purchase Order — with hover explanations on every key term.

ASN / EDI Inbound

Receives X12 856 Advance Ship Notices from trading partners over a token-authenticated endpoint, parses the EDI, and matches line items and the PO against ERPNext — visible in the admin panel with status tracking and one-click reprocessing. Not yet wired into the receiving queue.

Warehouse Capacity Planning

Define aisle → bay → slot layouts and bulk-generate them from a range. A live floor-plan view shows occupied vs. open capacity per bay, with drill-down to the pallets currently in that zone.

ERP Reconciliation & Alerts

Scheduled checks continuously compare receiving, transfers, shipments, and the warehouse hierarchy against ERPNext, catching stuck syncs and silent drift (like ERP-side batch renames) that the sync jobs themselves can't see. Findings alert to the admin dashboard, email, Slack, and SMS — with a status widget that also flags a check that's gone quiet.
